This is a special version of KPG35d version 2, which can program frequencies for the 902-928 Ham Band.
It is set up to assume an origin of 927.0000 for the channel assignments.
Therefore Channel 1 = 927.0125 RX with an auto offset of -25.00 for TX unless you activate the T/A function on that channel and it will be simplex on 927.0125
So:
We can go up at 12.5k steps, 1 per channel, for 5 mhz. Obviously anything above 928 is not legal for us to tx on, so be careful what you program,as it will allow channels representing 927+ 5 = 932 mhz at the top channel (931.9875 to be precise)
927.0125 will pair with 902.0125, and 927.0125 with T/A turned on will yield 927.0125 TX and RX..

The TK481 (909 Mhz version) will program channels 1-911 starting 1t 909.0000 up to 928.0000 Mhz which will program the radio for all simplex on those freq's. This is not to construe the radio will actaully work on all these freq's as the VCO may or may not, but it is just for testing, playing and to make the software ham only version in 902-928...Generally they work tx and rx down to 915.00 or so...Then the RX falls off pretty quick..If you toggle the -12.5 field it dropps the freq in the window by 12.5 khz for that channel to get to the primary 25 khz channels...

If you watch the freq at the bottom of the channel window it will follow the rx freq you are programming...
